It’s short, and it started looking like it was going to be just a good short motivation. Made it to nearly 4:30 thinking “Okay I can see how people would cry” but I wasn’t. Then something happened, and my immediate uncontrolled reaction was a sharp intake of air and I was crying and smiling. Then two seconds later another thing happened, another intake of air and I was weeping.
Seriously, it was amazing. I just want everyone who struggles to watch this. Everyone who’s been told by doctors or nurses that they’ll never be what they once were to watch this.

You cant actually target your weight loss, as you’re wanting to loose fat. Loosing fat means lowering your calorie intake, and this aids at loss all over your body. However, toning up your thighs will definitely help you to gain shape and definition for them. Good exercises for this are squats, lunges, stationary bike, lying leg adduction, and running or bike riding which are also good aerobic exercises for general fat loss. Hope this helps!
